USCIS Provides Data on H-1B and H-2B Petitions (12/22/2017)

On December 22, 2017, the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) released data on approved H-1B petitions for workers with changes of status or extensions of stay, including the estimated number of beneficiaries by state or U.S. territory worksite for calendar years 2014 through 2016. USCIS also provided data on H-1B receipts, completions, and Requests for Evidence (RFE) sent for FY2015 through FY2018 (through 11/29/17).

USCIS released data on the H-2B petitions submitted under the FY2017 supplemental cap between 7/17/17 and 8/11/17, including a breakdown of petitions and beneficiaries by state, job code, and country of birth.
